The Sterling Company Real Estate Listings

Emily has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Community and Regional Planning from Appalachian State University.  She has been a Real Estate Broker since 1984 and began her real estate career at the real estate office at GrandfatherGolf and Country Club, Linville, NC.  Associated there until August of 1994, Emily left to become Broker-in-Charge of The Ridges Real Estate Company in Johnson City, TN and then joined The Sterling Company in January of 1997 as co-owner and broker-in-charge as is her current position.  She has served in various capacities on committees and on the Board of Directors of The High Country Association of REALTORS^®.    She was President in 2007 and honored with the REALTOR^® of the Year award in 2008.  She currently serves on the Professional Standards Committee.
