Hank has been a top producing real estate broker for over 30 years.  He and his wife Gayle purchased property in Banner Elk in 1978, and used it as a weekend hiking and skiing retreat.  Hank owned his own real estate company in Maryville, Tennessee for many years before moving to Beech Mountain in 2002, when he joined The Sterling Company following the sale of his company.  Being a multi-million dollar producer for many years, he has developed an extended base of clients, many of whom have relied on his skills and level of service in multiple transactions.  In recent years, he has expanded his marketing efforts to include many contacts in the Vero Beach, Florida area, where he maintains a secondary residence.   He is very active in the Beech Mountain Club, the Beech Mountain Historical Society, and with fitness and biking groups in the High Country.  He is a licensed REALTOR® in North Carolina, Florida, and Tennessee.
