Sarah was born and raised in Linville, NC and graduated from Avery County High School. Sarah received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications with a concentration in Advertising and a minor in Marketing from Appalachian State University. Following her graduation, she began her career in marketing with Bank of America and Ovations Management Solutions out of Charlotte, NC and Atlanta, GA. After many years of being off the mountain, she knew it was time to return home and begin her real estate career. Sarah was introduced to real estate at a young age, serving as an Office Manager for The Sterling Company throughout her high school and college years. Sarah has been a very active Broker within The Sterling Company and the local Association of REALTORS® since 2004.
